group work

 When i was in degree final year we had project that is the group activity. We had 10members in the group, But that time i don’t had any idea about the group activities. We dividing the work and each will do his work and finally making one project and submitting, when the time of presentation  

One who is good in talking or having good communication skill he or she will presenting the project. In that group activity there is no creativity and there is not much to learn for individual. And in that time we were doing the work for the sake of the marks and not for the learning for future.

Even the  group members are not do the work in together they just discuss something in the group and do the work in separately and also each of the group members are not contributing equally and someone from the group will do the hard work done the work , that credits will go to also every group members.

  

After joining MBA in JKSHIM students are put there in different groups and we have to do the assignment and projects works in group. Here i learned how to mingle with the groups and important of the group work. The intention of this course is to work in group to improve the participating skill in group activity for the future.

Here I learned many things group work is more wroth than the individual work because everyone’s thinking and idea is different if each of the group member sit together and equally contribute to the group activity can achieve the better result.

In the master degree they give the different type of the activities which is useful when we go to the corporate world. In the corporate society we have much work which we have do in the group. So here we working group to adjust the future work, we sit together and analysis everyone’s ideas and try to solve the problem in different ways.

Am more collaborative today if i get into any group i will try to adjust to that team and am sure i can adjust; now i know how to mingle with the group member and i know about the active participate in the group activities. So now i can ready to work with the group.
